EOMASK877d26b30a1240XDamian came to the house to review our water heater.  Gas Co said it wasn't safe due to it not ventilating properly.  Damian was extremely friendly, knew sound troubleshooting techniques, and used escalations to his experts to find that we had a bad vent cap on the roof.  He went ON the roof to remove and measure the vent cap so we could get a new one.  Now we can say goodbye to backdraft and the thread of carbon monoxide in our garage! *Every single tech who did work at my house was super nice.
*They repaired all the sloppy work other electricians/plumbers left.
*They clean up after themselves.
*They make sure they are here when the city sends inspectors.
*The techs call and let me know they're delayed or on their way.

The toilet which caused a flood two years before (and a lot of trauma) was leaking after someone took a stab at fixing it themselves.  Within 4 hours someone was here.  No, STACIE was here.  Aside from her being the first female plumber I'd ever met, she was TERRIFIC. Thorough in diagnosis, repair and told our son she was impressed with how far he got with the fix, and explained how he got stuck.  She was so positive and encouraging, too.  We really appreciate the great professionalism in the office when we booked our appointment, the prompt follow up and ETA notices. Just good old-fashioned customer-first experience. He is simply the best.  Today, Jorge performed a garage door tune up at my home and he again did a marvelous job.  He explains things very well and in such a positive way that just gives me the confidence to have him back every few months at my home for the needed maintenance.
