After some discussion, we decided to replace the heater rather than repair. They then suggested the AC be replaced as it was 22+ years old. The 1969 ducts and insulation were replaced and upgraded to today's standard. The house is quieter and stays warmer these winter days. We're certain the AC will run less and keep the house cooler on hot days.
