Very knowledgeable,  and very thorough in going over everything,  and explains everything along the way.  Verified  We had a ceiling leak around our fireplace due to a potential flashing issue around our chimney.  James came to our house to evaluate- he was professional, kind, very informative, and seemed very knowledgeable . He quickly found the root cause of the leak and fixed in a jiffy!! James also offered tips on the age of our roof and water heater and things to watch out for. Excellent service! We have a leak in our roof, water coming in through the ceiling. I called Conejo services yesterday and Donna was so sweet and so quick to get something scheduled for us! The consultation was free which is great value considering it was just 1 tile out of place! James came out the next day and used a drone to find out it's just a single tile that needs to be replaced!
