EOMASK5391d7e2818318XMiguel came to look at a water pressure issue we've had for awhile. After asking a few questions he diagnosed the issue in less than 1 minute. He then clearly laid out the solutions and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision to choose them. He was extremely knowledgeable but not at all condescending. I really appreciated him and the prompt service and clear communication from the team all around! The guys who came the next day to install were also great!EOMASK5391d7e2818319X

EOMASK5391d7e2818324XHeater was 18+ years old and would not turn on. Over the Christmas holiday, Conejo Valley arrived two days after my call at the appointment time. After some discussion, we decided to replace the heater rather than repair. They then suggested the AC be replaced as it was 22+ years old. The 1969 ducts and insulation were replaced and upgraded to today's standard. The house is quieter and stays warmer these winter days. We're certain the AC will run less and keep the house cooler on hot days. Thank you Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning for a job completed in 1-1/2 days with no aggravation or troubles on our part - just pure enjoyment with our new system! We recommend them whole-heartedly.EOMASK5391d7e2818325X

EOMASK5391d7e2818328XI didn’t use the services of any one at Conejo because they were very nice to tell me that my problem (gutter clean up on a manufactured home) was not something they did. They did tell me what I needed to find.EOMASK5391d7e2818329X

EOMASK5391d7e2818330XShout out to Gabriel Kepner with Conejo Services. Came out on Friday to service our dual system thermostat that was not working properly. Installed a different one that worked better, but found a better option. Returned on Monday with the newer thermostat and set it up and works perfectly.

EOMASK5391d7e2818332XBrandon, Andrei, & Christian did an amazing job! They were on time and completed the work in 3.5 hours (which was less time than their original estimate), and that included removing the previous "electrician's" work and performing the install up to code. They installed an interlock device in the panel to prevent a backfeed of power if the main power is restored whilst the generator is still running. They went above and beyond and I recommend them most highly.EOMASK5391d7e2818333X

EOMASK5391d7e2818346XJust finished our biannual system checkup. Tech Craig McConnell always does the BEST job for us! Glad we found him decades ago and have stayed with him as opur HVAC guy since he moved to Conejo (then HVAC) a long time ago.

We have had them here for other jobs, such as roofing, plumbing and electrical checks - always great service.EOMASK5391d7e2818347X
