Terms of Service for ServiceTitan Online Bookings

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking an appointment through our ServiceTitan online booking system, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our online booking services.

    Conejo Services, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our online booking platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  2. Booking and Scheduling
    All bookings made through the ServiceTitan online portal are subject to availability and confirmation.

    You must provide accurate and complete contact and service information when scheduling your appointment.

    The scheduled time is an estimate and may vary based on technician availability, travel time, and other operational factors.

    The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or weather conditions.

  3. Service Confirmation and Communication
    You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or SMS (if opted in).

    Appointment reminders and status updates may be sent through ServiceTitan’s automated messaging system.

    By booking online, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up requests.

  4. Customer Responsibilities
    You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.

    If the technician cannot access the property or perform the service due to inaccurate information, safety concerns, or other obstacles, you may be subject to a dispatch fee.

    You must ensure that an authorized adult (18+) is present at the service address during the appointment window.

  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time without penalty.

    To modify or cancel your booking, please contact our office directly.

  6. Pricing and Payment
    Any prices shown during the online booking process are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed after on-site inspection or diagnosis.

    Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

  7. Warranty and Liability
    The Company provides warranties as outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice.

    We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or third-party interference.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conejo Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the ServiceTitan booking system or our services.

  8. Privacy and Data Protection
    Your personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    ServiceTitan acts as our technology provider and may collect, process, and store data necessary to facilitate your booking and service experience.

    We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties unrelated to service fulfillment.

  9. Platform Use
    You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access the ServiceTitan platform in an unauthorized manner.

    Any fraudulent or abusive activity may result in booking denial or service termination.

  10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located within Ventura County.
