We had no A/C previously and a somewhat older furnace. Just in time for the heatwave (Summer 2026), we had Conejo Services, 1) remove our old furnace in a hallway, 2) they set us up with another company for removal of our old ductwork... meaning, asbestos abatement, 3) install a new furnace (in the attic!!!), a wonderful A/C unit, a few new vents. Incredible effort. We appreciate all of it, especially getting things done when (of course) the heat was starting to go up, up, up! This family owned company does just about everything in every trade as they have specialty divisions in roofing, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, insulation, electrical and so much more. I highly recommend Conejo for their fine service, experience, warranty and availability.

I have been working with my neighbor who hired a fly by night scamming company to install her HVAC system who walked away from the job with the system inoperable after she paid them. This was terrible and to know that there are people who take advantage of single senior women who are trusting and don't know contract law. I reached out to Jazmin at Conejo Services and explained the situation and she was so caring, professional and kind. Jazmin had Craig, the master technician call me and we discussed the scope of work and cost as we both had an interest in helping out my neighbor. The initial troubleshooting which involved isolating the different components was successful in identifying the problem which was the evaporator coil. Once that was identified it was evident that the part was under warranty with a date tag of 2022 but install date of 2025. It appeared to be old shelf inventory that the previous scammer installed haphazardly. Conejo Services has been simply amazing throughout the project and I can't thank Jazmin, Craig, Brandon and the rest of the team for all they do to help out customers with solid workmanship, warranties and very competitive pricing. I have used Conejo ServIces at our home with plumbing and HVAC and they are simply the best.  My neighbors are all using Conejo Services due to their unsurpassed reputation for investing in the community through a good neighbor service approach.

I reached out to Jazmin at Conejo Services to help out our dear neighbor Molly who had a new air conditioning system installed at her home in our community and the original contractor took off and left her with a system leak. Jazmin immediately contacted her service team who came out to investigate Molly's issue. The technician, Craig, was phenomenal. What an amazing professional. He sent an estimate over to review which I looked at and wanted to discuss the scope of work with him. I contacted Jazmin, who is amazing, and she had Craig call me that same day. Craig who knows his trade and is highly skilled talked with me and we refined the scope of work which saved Molly approx. $400 and we both agreed on his solution in locating the leak by isolating each component with a pressure test over an approximate one week period. I  Highly recommended

Conejo Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing hit a grand slam and did a fantastic job replacing the drains in my home. It began with the full assessment and troubleshooting by Trace and Stacey who did an amazing job and planned the replumbing options that we discussed and I decided on the complete job. The project began early today and was completed this evening. Angela, Krista and Linda in the office were so helpful and professional during the scheduling and documentation of said project. This morning I was greeted by Frank, Trace, Stacey, Mynor and Giovanni, an amazing team. Frank, the supervisor, and I discussed the project and shared a very nice conversation. Trace also engaged with the team on the specifics of the project and he and I discussed the overall project. Mynor and Giovanni wasted no time lining the floors and prepping for the job. Frank talked with the crew and made sure they had all of the parts they needed and Kevin delivered parts as called out by Mynor. The team was phenomenal and so professional and kind. This company does it right and their staff are all 5 star professionals with excellent customer service.

Sergio G came out and discovered that the problem was some kind of burned out motherboard in the AC which was a little over a year old. The whole gang got together and found a replacement part. Sergio G came out and fixed everything. He was very good and pleasant to have here. Same goes with all the service people that have come here over the years. They run a tight ship and give great service. Diana and the phone girls do a great job too. We would recommend Conejo Heating and air and everything else to anyone in the area! I am a 20 year veteran in real estate and this call was for my mother's personal residence.  I want to gift her with an air conditioning system and roof if needed, or at least plan for roof repair and maintenance before we get into the rainy season.  For five summers I have exclaimed about the heat and said "this winter we are going to get a/c" and every winter in the cool California comfort I forget and don't think about a/c until the next hot spell.  This year the heat wave added humidity and started in early July - I know it will run through September or longer and I decided, premium or not - we are getting a/c this summer :) - so I researched and scheduled appointments with Conejo first.  Now I will be honest, my first scheduled appointment got a little mixed up and it is important for you to confirm they serve your area as they are based in T.O. and I am a LA gal.  Nevertheless, the owner Travis, his customer service manager Jamie and frankly all of the people I dealt with at Conejo were super helpful and professional - we just had a mishap in scheduling.  What created the 5-star review is Conejo's response to my irritation with the scheduling mishap.  I immediately received three calls; two from the office and one from the owner himself, they acknowledged the mishap was on their end, promptly investigated how the situation had occurred in their system AND made new appointments for me immediately.  I always look for the best service provider, one that is skilled, accountable and has integrity and concern about their clients and their reputation.  When you find a business with these characteristics and stellar reviews you likely, very likely, have found a business you can rely on.
