I recently signed up for the whole home plan. I had previously had scheduled the semiannual HVAC maintenence for the system Conejo installed in 2020. I then scheduled my semiannual HVAC maintenance service which also included dryer vent cleaning that I previously had another company perform for a separate fee. The technician handled both services and was professional and thorough. We’ve been using Conejo Heating and Air for over 13 years now and won’t use anyone else. They are extremely professional in every aspect of their service and their technicians are unbelievably helpful. Alex was at our house today doing some maintenance repair work and was he was amazing. Your heating and A/C unit, like any other mechanical device that runs in your house, needs to be maintained to work efficiently and cost effectively. I decided on getting a maintenance contract on my unit. I pay a small monthly amount for this contract. My service includes a winter service for heating and a summer service for A/C. I have been very blessed to have Jorge Lechuga who is always prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled for the servicing maintenance of my HVAC and tankless water heater systems.  He is simply the best.  Today, Jorge performed a garage door tune up at my home and he again did a marvelous job.  He explains things very well and in such a positive way that just gives me the confidence to have him back every few months at my home for the needed maintenance. Alex Limon came out to clean our dryer vent as certain items had accidentally been placed in the dryer where they didn't belong and had, as a result, created a mess.  Alex was informative and reassuring. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent and lint trap, testing as well to make sure that the dryer was working properly. Conejo Services are the best and I recommend them to everyone looking for heating, plumbing or electrical needs. We have signed up for the monthly service and the yearly service calls are worth every penny. James came for a plumbing check-up and was awesome. Great company!!! We've used Conejo, Heating & Air for about five years now. They come a few times a year to service our HVAC system and plumbing. We finally made the decision to tackle some household projects.  Jesse Cruz was our go-to-guy and he was professional and attentive to our needs.  He was always available to chat with me throughout the projects. He even made it a point to come over before, during and after the projects to make sure everything was going smoothly and exactly how we expected it too.  We did have a few problems arise, but Jesse Cruz and the team took care of everything and made us feel at ease. Very happy with my HVAC new installation.  From the very beginning Brice Daly (salesman) was great.  Before writing his bid he took the time and went room to room sharing his expertise and making recommendations for my home.   Not only was Brice far more knowledgeable than other salesmen (I got 3 other bids) but he just spoke to me with integrity; and played no sales games. After signing an agreement, a few days later a supervisor named Bobby came to my home to walk the job and take photos.  We sat down at my kitchen table, and he answered every question I posed to him; and I had a lot of questions.  After spending 25 minutes with Bobby, I KNEW I chose the right company to do this installation. About one week later the crew (Rafael, Manuel and Frankie) showed up early in the morning.  SIMPLY PHENOMINAL!  Just non-stop hard work and did not even take a break.  When they finally did take a lunch break I tipped the guys so they could have a great lunch.  Every step of the install Manuel would ask me questions to make sure we were on the same page.  AMAZING CREW and team work!! Finally I want to thank Dan Carson.  Dan has been my HVAC technician for more than three years and he is fantastic.  When he comes to your home, he works on your HVAC system like it is his own.   Dan kept my old system in good working condition for years, but I knew it was time to upgrade. To anyone just needing a great technician for maintenance, or a complete new system install...
