I luckily found Conejo Plumbing on Yelp to service our tankless hot water heater, after my original plumber reneged on my lifetime contract. The plumber “Dier” was early for our appointment and after pleasantries was eager to solve the intermittent ignition issues we were experiencing. After an inspection it was noted that the igniter and flame rods had carbon and rust built up. Instead of soaking a customer and replacing our unit a simple service call got us back up and running. I can’t thank Conejo and “Dier” for the prompt service call and their professionalism. Suffice it to say Conejo will be my first call for plumbing issues and I look forward to seeing them in the future for HVAC calls as well. Had my water heater replaced (on a mobile home). Crew was courteous, fast and clean. They brought the system up to code and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.  Our technician Craig McConnell was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.  He fixed our leaking water heater very quickly and effectively and answered every question I had offering plenty of advice and information about our hvac system. Damian came to the house to review our water heater.  Gas Co said it wasn't safe due to it not ventilating properly.  Damian was extremely friendly, knew sound troubleshooting techniques, and used escalations to his experts to find that we had a bad vent cap on the roof.  He went ON the roof to remove and measure the vent cap so we could get a new one.  Now we can say goodbye to backdraft and the thread of carbon monoxide in our garage! Our water heater in our rental went bad. Conejo had a real person pick up when we called, scheduled an appointment and their tech arrived on time. Our has has a skinny/non-traditional unit that couldn't come until Monday but they installed a temp unit so we had hot water Sunday night - a real blessing. The service technicians are so kind and knowledgeable, and the customer service is amazing. I've had home service providers before who were terrible so it really makes all the difference when they enjoy and do an amazing job.
