1. Sponsor
The Conejo Services Game Day Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Conejo Services, LLC, located in California (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Reside in Ventura County, Los Angeles County, or Santa Barbara County, California
• Have a valid email address

This Promotion is intended for local homeowners within Sponsor’s service area.

Employees of Conejo Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify residency and homeownership prior to awarding the prize. If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins immediately upon posting and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Step 1: Social Media Entry
During the Promotion Period, participants must:

• Follow @ConejoServices on Instagram or Facebook
• Like the official giveaway post
• Comment on the post with the city they live in and how they would spend their $1,000 Home Depot Gift Card
• Complete the official entry form

Step 2: Entry Form Submission (Required)
Participants must complete the official entry form linked in the post or bio by providing:

• First and last name
• Instagram or Facebook handle
• Email address
• Phone number
• ZIP code
• County of residence (Ventura, Los Angeles, or Santa Barbara)

• How you will spend your gift card if you win

• Confirmation checkbox stating they meet the eligibility requirements

Entries are not valid until the entry form is completed.

Limit one (1) primary entry per person. Bonus entries are subject to a limit of three.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection & Verification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within three (3) days after the Promotion Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or direct message. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.

Prior to prize fulfillment, the winner may be required to provide proof of:

• Residency within an eligible county, and
• Homeownership at their primary residence

Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize
One (1) $1,000 Home Depot Gift Card, or a prize of equal or greater value as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules.
