EOMASK5c949f60bc1e18XOutstanding professional service with honest reasonable quotes - review based on both plumbing and HVAC based services. James, the expert assessor, not only did a thorough analysis of the issue, but also took the trouble to explain the scope of work. The work was scheduled for the very next day. The scheduling staff is also polite and helpful(Nancy, Anna). The HVAC technician, William, troubleshooted and got our AC unit running, again quality work at a very reasonable price.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e19X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e24XNothing was done. Deshan was great. I knew the $87 charge might be waived since he wasn't here but a few minutes but he looked and told me the issue which I will recommend my landlord utilize your services when time comes, hopefully soon. Thank you.

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e32XI wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. Our technician Craig McConnell was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our leaking water heater very quickly and effectively and answered every question I had offering plenty of advice and information about our hvac system. They will be the first ones I call if something goes wrong in the future.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e33X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e36XI would recommend Conejo Services to anyone in the area! We had a plumbing issue and they were able to schedule us in within 24 hours and customer service was so friendly. I love that a picture and name of the technician who was dispatched for the job was provided so I know who to expect at my door. From a safety perspective, I appreciate this. Stacie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and did a high quality job resolving the issue with ease. She even had the exact replacement equipment already on hand. Absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the process was a breeze. Huge thank you! Definitely support this local business.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e37X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e40XDamian came to the house to review our water heater. Gas Co said it wasn't safe due to it not ventilating properly. Damian was extremely friendly, knew sound troubleshooting techniques, and used escalations to his experts to find that we had a bad vent cap on the roof. He went ON the roof to remove and measure the vent cap so we could get a new one. Now we can say goodbye to backdraft and the thread of carbon monoxide in our garage! What a great value - vs having to buy a whole new water heater.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e41X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e44X*I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is.
*Every single tech who did work at my house was super nice.
*They repaired all the sloppy work other electricians/plumbers left.
*They clean up after themselves.
*They make sure they are here when the city sends inspectors.
*The techs call and let me know they're delayed or on their way.
*They have done electrical and plumbing at my house. My HVAC system repair is next and Conejo will definitely will be doing that.
**In short: THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

Jonnie, the latest tech, was fabulous; he explained all the work that needed to be done and why. He was courteous and friendly.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e45X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e46XWe have worked with a lot of plumbers in the last 2 years, and we don't have a great, reliable relationship with anyone. Today, we needed someone to come out quickly. The toilet which caused a flood two years before (and a lot of trauma) was leaking after someone took a stab at fixing it themselves. Within 4 hours someone was here. No, STACIE was here. Aside from her being the first female plumber I'd ever met, she was TERRIFIC. Thorough in diagnosis, repair and told our son she was impressed with how far he got with the fix, and explained how he got stuck. She was so positive and encouraging, too. We really appreciate the great professionalism in the office when we booked our appointment, the prompt follow up and ETA notices. Just good old-fashioned customer-first experience. We will definitely be coming back for more.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e47X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e48XI have been very blessed to have Jorge Lechuga who is always prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled for the servicing maintenance of my HVAC and tankless water heater systems. He is simply the best. Today, Jorge performed a garage door tune up at my home and he again did a marvelous job. He explains things very well and in such a positive way that just gives me the confidence to have him back every few months at my home for the needed maintenance. I am giving Jorge Lechuga the highest rating possible because he truly deserves it. I also want to thank Conejo Services for having Jorge as a valuable member of their team!EOMASK5c949f60bc1e49X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e50XStacie from Conejo Services was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. From the moment she arrived, she was focused, attentive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. What stood out most was her "bedside manner" -- a phrase usually reserved for doctors, but one that fits her perfectly. She communicated clearly, put us at ease, and explained things in a calm, respectful, and reassuring way that immediately built trust.

There was never a sense that she was rushing through her work just to get to the next customer. While she was with us, we genuinely felt like we were the center of her universe. Her attention to detail and steady, thoughtful approach made the entire experience feel professional and personal at the same time.

If Conejo Services sends Stacie, you're in excellent hands. She represents the very best of what customer service and skilled trades should look like.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e51X

EOMASK5c949f60bc1e52XConejo Services are the best and I recommend them to everyone looking for heating, plumbing or electrical needs. We have signed up for the monthly service and the yearly service calls are worth every penny. James came for a plumbing check-up and was awesome. He walked us through everything he was doing, took time to go over his findings and offered us some helpful tips to address them. Great service.EOMASK5c949f60bc1e53X
